Our animals work voluntarily and set the tone for all activities; we ask you to respect this at all times and everywhere.
We always fly if the weather permits. In the event of storms, heavy rain or extreme heat without wind, we will find an alternative date for the benefit of all.
People with physical or mental disabilities are very welcome to join us! The classic tours through our hunting grounds are not always barrier-free – we can of course adapt everything here too, please contact us in advance.
Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
Our birds are trained to fly indoors. However, please remember that birds always show their flying skills best in the sky.
Photos and video recordings are permitted for private use. For commercial use, please contact us in advance.
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the agreed appointment or in the event of no-show, 75% of the payable amount is due and will be invoiced.
Yes, we offer customised vouchers. Please contact us by phone, e-mail or via the contact form.
Our vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue.
A visit to us requires a prior appointment – we do not offer public, daily flight demonstrations.
